The chakra system is a multidimensional energy map composed of energy centers along the central channel (spine) and in the subtle bodies. Each chakra governs physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of our being.

  • The 7 Physical Body Chakras align along the spine and correspond to core aspects of human experience.

  • The 5 Spherical Chakras extend into the energetic field (auric body) and connect us to higher dimensional consciousness and divine intelligence.

7 Chakras in the Physical Body

🌍 Earth Star Chakra – “I Anchor”

  • Location: About 6–12 inches below your feet, in the Earth

  • Color: Deep brown, black, or platinum (some traditions see it as iridescent or crystalline)

  • Element: Earth / Magnetic Core

  • Function:

    • Anchors your entire chakra system to Gaia

    • Grounds your soul purpose into earthly reality

    • Connects you to ancestral wisdom, ley lines, crystalline grid

    • Supports shadow work, karmic clearing, and embodiment

Wounded Expression:

  • Feeling ungrounded, dissociated from your body or the Earth

  • Struggling with manifestation, financial survival, or time-space orientation

  • Fear of being human or resistance to incarnation

  • Carrying unresolved ancestral or karmic burdens

Healthy Expression:

  • Deeply grounded and present in your body and life

  • Connected to the Earth’s wisdom and rhythms

  • Aligned with ancestral lineage healing and soul embodiment

  • Strong sense of belonging, purpose, and inner security

  • Able to manifest your higher mission in grounded, real-world ways

1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) – “I Am”

  • Location: Base of the spine

  • Element: Earth

  • Healthy Expression: Groundedness, safety, stability, trust in life, presence in the body

  • Wounded Expression: Fear, insecurity, survival anxiety, disconnection from the body, financial instability

2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – “I Feel”

  • Location: Below the navel

  • Element: Water

  • Healthy Expression: Emotional flow, sensuality, creativity, pleasure, connection

  • Wounded Expression: Guilt, shame around emotions or sexuality, creative blocks, codependency, emotional instability

3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – “I Do”

  • Location: Upper abdomen

  • Element: Fire

  • Healthy Expression: Confidence, self-worth, willpower, healthy boundaries, personal power

  • Wounded Expression: Shame, low self-esteem, control issues, anger, victimhood

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata) – “I Love”

  • Location: Center of the chest

  • Element: Air

  • Healthy Expression: Compassion, unconditional love, empathy, forgiveness, connection

  • Wounded Expression: Grief, heartbreak, resentment, emotional walls, martyrdom

5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – “I Speak”

  • Location: Throat

  • Element: Ether

  • Healthy Expression: Authentic self-expression, clear communication, truth, integrity

  • Wounded Expression: Silence, fear of judgment, lying, gossip, difficulty expressing needs

6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – “I See”

  • Location: Brow, between the eyes

  • Element: Light

  • Healthy Expression: Intuition, inner vision, wisdom, mental clarity, insight

  • Wounded Expression: Illusion, confusion, cynicism, overthinking, lack of clarity

7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – “I Know”

  • Location: Top of the head

  • Element: Cosmic Energy

  • Healthy Expression: Divine connection, spiritual wisdom, unity consciousness, peace

  • Wounded Expression: Disconnection from spirit, spiritual bypassing, closed-mindedness, depression

5 Chakras in the Spherical Body (Transpersonal Chakras)

These chakras exist beyond the physical body and support spiritual evolution, soul mission, and divine remembrance.

8. Soul Star Chakra (8th) – “I Transcend”

  • Location: About 6–12 inches above the crown

  • Healthy Expression: Akashic memory access, soul purpose alignment, spiritual downloads

  • Wounded Expression: Feeling lost or disconnected from life purpose, existential crisis, blocked intuitive flow

9. Spirit Chakra (9th) – “I Radiate”

  • Location: Further above the Soul Star

  • Healthy Expression: Connection to the Oversoul, unity with Source, radiant soul light

  • Wounded Expression: Identity confusion, rejection of divine essence, ego-based spiritual identity

10. Universal Chakra (10th) – “I Integrate”

  • Location: Linked to universal consciousness and galactic identity

  • Healthy Expression: Integration of galactic wisdom, multidimensional awareness, service to the collective

  • Wounded Expression: Fear of expansion, denial of cosmic truth, feeling overwhelmed by energetic input

11. Galactic Chakra (11th) – “I Remember”

  • Location: Connection point to star systems and galactic codes

  • Healthy Expression: Remembering past lives, starseed origins, working with galactic beings

  • Wounded Expression: Feeling “alien” on Earth, escapism into cosmic identity, lack of embodiment

12. Divine Gateway Chakra (12th) – “I Am One”

  • Location: Above all, portal to Source

  • Healthy Expression: Pure Oneness, Source light embodiment, divine mission clarity

  • Wounded Expression: Fear of ego dissolution, resistance to spiritual truth, imbalance between spirit and matter
